A well-articulated and comprehensive agreement is a worthwhile investment for a business as it ensures its safety. The agreement must be individually tailored but be written with a consideration to the applicable law and potential standard form agreements. We usually engage with foreign experts if there are international elements in the transaction at hand that is governed by the agreement.
