Walthon Advokater acted legal advisor when Corem Property Group AB (publ) signed a contract to divest the property Norrköping Järnet 5 for an underlying property value of SEK 284 million. The property, which is situated in the retail area Ingelsta, has a total lettable area of approximately 15,000 sq.m. and primarily consists of retail premises.

Transfer of possession is planned to be on 1 February 2022.
