Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to SIBS AB (publ) in connection with the company’s issuance of senior unsecured green bonds in the initial amount of SEK 400 million within a framework amount of SEK 600 million. The bonds have a tenor of 3.5 years with final maturity in April 2024. The bonds have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Sustainable Bond List.
