Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Klövern AB (publ) in connection with the establishment of an unsecured so-called Medium Term Note-program with a framework amount of SEK 10 billion. The base prospectus for the program was approved by the Swedish Financial Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) on 7 February 2020.
