Walthon Advokater has advised Omegapoint in the company’s strategic investment in the cyber security company Cyber Aggregate, founded by security profile Nils-Olof Ekelöw and strategy consultant Björn Weigel. Cyber Aggregate will become a jointly owned subsidiary in the Omegapoint Group and will change name to Omegapoint Cyber Security in connection with Omegapoint’s investment.
