Walthon Advokater has assisted Czech Asset Management with respect to an acquisition credit facility to a newly founded affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners in relation to the acquisition of certain assets of Actuant Corporation (including Power Packer North America Inc., Maxima Holding Company Inc., BW Elliot Manufacturing Co LLC and Weasler Engineering Inc.) whereas some of the acquired entities are domiciled in Sweden.

Walthon’s team mainly consisted of Jürgen Conzen, Clarissa Fröberg, Louise Berlin and Stefan Berglöf.
