Walthon Advokater has advised Klövern AB in connection with an acquisition of two commercial properties with possible building rights for approximately 270 apartments in Örnsberg in southwest Stockholm. The area is undergoing development from an office and industrial area to a mixed-use urban environment with residential apartments, preschools, and businesses. Klövern will build a total of approximately 270 apartments in the area.
