Our lawyers are regularly engaged as bankruptcy administrators and reconstructors, which has given us in-depth and practical expertise in insolvency and corporate reconstruction. With extensive experience in both large and small cases, we offer high-quality advice throughout the process – from early warning signs to liquidation, reconstruction or bankruptcy.

We regularly assist companies in financial difficulties and help with the winding up of companies. In addition to appointments by district courts in bankruptcies and corporate reconstructions, we regularly represent banks, suppliers, investors and other stakeholders in cases where, for example, the client is subject to recovery claims or the counterparty is insolvent.
